LED Relative Spectral Energy Distribution P

By: DeRun   Views:5783

The relative spectral energy distribution of the light emitting diode of the P () means that the respective wavelengths of the radiation in the optical radiation within the wavelength range of the light emitting diode, energy distribution, usually in the actual occasion with the relative spectral energy distribution means.

Generally, the optical radiation emitted by the LEDs, often by many different wavelengths of light, but also different wavelengths of light in which the proportion of the type. The LED radiation energy as the wavelength changes, plotted as a distribution curve – relative spectral energy distribution curve.

When this curve is determined, the device of the dominant wavelength, purity chromatic parameters. LED spectral distribution of the preparation with a compound semiconductor type, nature and the PN junction structure (epitaxial layer thickness, doped with an impurity) and so on, with the device geometry, package contents.

Of which:
1 blue InGaN / GaN light-emitting diode, the peak is p = 460 to 465nm
2 green LED peak is p = 550 nm
3 red LED peak is p = 680 ~ 700nm
4 infrared LED, peak is p = 910nm
